DAILY FAMILY AND INDIVIDUAL PRAYER: (During meal, before/after meal, bed-time, waking up)

Pray 5x each The  Lord’s Prayer, Hail Mary, and Glory Be – offering for the following intentions – peace, healing, comfort, guidance, and strength. Encourage each member of the family to offer specific prayer intention from their heart (they can say out loud or in the silence of their heart).

Suggestion: You may want to start creating a wall project of prayer intentions for each week/day from each family member that everyone can see and pray for anytime.
